While working at Matsuda, I was the sole product manager for all 3 companies that made up the brand worldwide. I was in charge of planning and overseeing the entire product development lifecycle: from analyzing trends in the fashion industry, to ideation and conceptualization, to creating tech-packs (or spec-sheets as we called them), to designing and reviewing technical drawings in Adobe Illustrator, selecting colorways, ordering and managing samples, planning production, organizing display kits for sales associates, and final delivery of a luxury product worldwide. This also included maintaining large Airtable databases with specifics for each product, a margin calculator to calculate wholesale and retail pricing based on price sheets from various suppliers, and adding all products to Shopify and our enterprise resource planning tool as well as generating their UPS code and adding them to the European Medical Devices database. I actually created a custom tool using XML to add bulk products to EUDAMED, a task that otherwise would have to had been done by hand saving hundreds of man hours each release.
